1. Can Friends and Family members also register for a Free Rewards Account?
Yes, simply log in, click on “Shop4Rewards”, and then click on the “Invite Friends and Family” tab. Please note you will need their email address.
2. How long does it take for Cash Back to be available in my account?
Your purchases can take up to 7 days from the ship date of the order to post as pending. Transactions stay pending until the retailers return policy has expired typically 60 days (varies by retailer). Once payment has been received from the retailer, your Cash Back transaction will be available in your account.
3. When will I receive my Cash Back payment?
Once your available Cash Back reaches $15.00, a check will be issued. Checks are cut on a monthly basis.
4. How will my Cash Back be issued to me?
Cash Back will be issued via check. An ACH option will be made available soon.
5. How will I know if my purchases are earning Cash Back?
Log into your Beyond Perks account and click on “My Rewards Account”. This will bring you to your personal account with a summary of purchases and the status of each. Please allow 7 days after the date of purchase for your order to post as pending. If a purchase has not posted after 7 days, please contact customer service at 1.800.909.9179 or customerservice@beyondperks.com
6. How do I return or cancel an order?
All returns and cancellations are made directly with the retailer. For example, if you ordered an item from Macy’s, it would be returned directly to Macy’s. The same goes for cancelling your order. There is no need to contact Beyond Perks.
7. Is my credit card information secure?
Beyond Perks itself does not capture or receive your credit card information. All credit card information is captured and processed directly with the retailer. Please refer to each retailer’s individual website for their information regarding secure shopping.
8. Are the purchases I make through the Beyond Perks website secure?
Yes. All purchases are made directly with the retailer’s and we work only with stores providing high levels of security and using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) internet connections to protect the integrity of your transaction. We do not record personal information passed from our members to affiliated stores.
9. Will Beyond Perks sell information about me or my purchasing habits?
Beyond Perks will never trade, sell, or otherwise disseminate any personal information about our members, except as part of our own business. The information we gather is used only for our own business purpose and that of our claim processing center for your cash back rewards. Additionally, we may use information on the stores you visit or the offers you view on beyondperks.com to select special offers that will be relevant to you. We do not share that information with our store partners or other third parties.
10. What are “cookies” and how do I enable them?
Cookies allow your computer to remember login information, page layouts, etc… Enabling your cookies differs depending on the browser you are using; however these are the most general directions: • Select Tools • Select Internet Options • Select the Privacy tab. • Select Advanced • Deselect override automatic cookie handling button • Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen. • Click OK to exit

12. Can I use coupon codes and discounts from other websites and still receive Cash Back on my purchases?
Only promotions listed on the Beyond Perks website are valid! Cash Back will not be applied if another promotion code is used from a different site.
13. Is Cash Back earned on every purchase I make through Beyond Perks?
Some retailers post restrictions on certain items in their store. These items typically do not earn you Cash Back on your purchase. Restrictions are listed in the description of each store and in the Retailer Restrictions section of the site. 1. What is Local Rewards?
Local Rewards allows members to receive in-store discounts at local participating businesses.
2. How does Local Rewards work?
Navigate by region, and then category. Click on the banner of the participating retailer to see the coupon promotion. Print the coupon and bring to the retailer to receive your in-store rewards.
3. What is the difference between Shop 4 Rewards and Local Rewards?
Shop 4 Rewards is made up of primarily national merchants that pay cash back when online purchases are made. Local Rewards are coupon promotions at local merchants that can be printed out and redeemed in-store.
4. What should I do if a retailer is out of coupons?
Some retailers limit the amount of coupons made available to our members. If you are denied a coupon try back at the beginning of the following month when coupon levels are replenished.
5. Can my business participate in Local Rewards?
Yes, if you have a business and would like to register it with Local Rewards simply click here and complete the information request sheet.
6. What should I do if I don’t see the store I’m looking for listed in Local Rewards?

Yes, to reduce any chance of error it is important for you to access the Perk Vendors through the Perk Rewards section upon logging in.
