Each client is provided with a dedicated account executive. Our client service team ensures that the program is effectively rolled out and managed. The program success is routinely monitored and each client is provided with detailed reporting on the program usage.
Our marketing team works in conjunction with our client services team to create an effective roll out campaign tailored to meet each clients needs. We also provide custom programs and marketing fulfillment for an additional fee.
Our creative team customizes all program enrollment materials for each client (email blasts, posters, post cards etc.). For those local clients who do not have a web presence or coupons readily available, our creative team will work closely with them to develop an online strategy. |
