Beyond Perks Privacy Policy


Beyond Perks is committed to protecting your online privacy.  The following privacy policy will help you understand what information is collected when you enroll to the program and how that information will be used by Beyond Perks. Any changes to this policy will be posted here. Please check this page periodically for any changes that may have been made. 

Data We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information
When you register the following information is collected:

• Mailing Address
• Telephone Number
• E-mail Address
The information we collect is used to track and distribute the cash back payments that our members earn. It is the member's responsibility to update and maintain accurate contact information in their account. You can make changes by visiting your Rewards Account.  Beyond Perks is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect addresses provided by you.
We’ll keep the information stored on a secure server and data base.  You may view and/or change your personal information at any time by visiting your account section after signup. To be completely removed from the Beyond Perks system, you may contact us by e-mail or phone.  You can find this information on the “Contact Us” section of the site.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to Beyond Perks.  We use a secure, encrypted connection (called an SSL connection) on all pages where you access or transmit personal information.

Sharing of Information and Your Privacy

Beyond Perks will never trade, sell, or otherwise disseminate any personal information about our members, except as part of our own business.  The information we gather is used only for our own business purpose and that of our claim processing center for your cash back rewards.
Additionally, we may use information on the stores you visit or the offers you view on beyondperks.com to select special offers that will be relevant to you. We do not share that information with our store partners or other third parties.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site or to protect Beyond Perks and its members from losses.
Any contact with Beyond Perks customer service in which personal information is exchanged with a customer service representative will be used only for the purpose of satisfying your request. Any personal information you provide will not be recorded or used for any reason beyond that of the stated request.
If you choose to use our referral program to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Beyond Perks stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at customerservice@beyonperks.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
If we change our privacy policy, we will post a change notice to this privacy statement and other appropriate places. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it regularly. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.

Link to Other Sites and Services

Beyond Perks does not record personal information passed from our members to affiliated stores. Order information, including order numbers and amounts, may be available to Beyond Perks, the store, or third party affiliate program management companies for accurate tracking purposes, but his information will not be released by Beyond Perks to other parties.
This site may at times include links to other sites that are not under our control.  These sites have their own policies about privacy and security, which you may review before using those sites. Beyond Perks assumes no responsibility for these linked sites and provides these links solely for the convenience of our customers.
If you wish to receive special offers directly from a store, neither this privacy policy nor our opt-out policy applies to those communications. Instead, please refer to the relevant store's privacy and opt-out policy.

Other Communications You May Receive

We will occasionally make promotional information available to you through e-mail.  However, if you do not want to receive e-mail communications, please request to not receive such information at the bottom of the email by clicking the “unsubscribe” link. You will also receive email notifications in regards to your personal Rewards account (ie. available cash back and payment notifications)
Beyond Perks does not support spamming by our members and we explicitly prohibit it in our Terms & Conditions. If you would like to report an incident of spamming, please contact us. We will investigate and take suitable action.

Cookies and How They are Used

Cookies are small text files that a web site can write to your computer. We may use cookies to identify you and allow you to shop once logged in. Cookies are also used by many of our merchants to identify you as a Beyond Perks member.
Beyond Perks requires its members to have cookies enabled in order to accumulate cash back rewards.
